Here's some helpful information to get you started.
My business is seasonal. What happens if I need to ship more parcels than I planned for?
We understand that your business may ship different volumes at different times of the year. That's why you can upgrade or downgrade your package at any time. You can also purchase a bolt on pack of shipments to get you through those business months.
Are discounts available?
If you would prefer to pay for your subscription on an annual basis, we are happy to discount your subscription.
What is the minimum contract length?
No contracts. All of our packages are billed in 30 day cycles. You can downgrade, upgrade or cancel at any time and you will only be charged for what you used.
What is a Channel?
When we talk of Channels were are referring the ecommerce store or CRM you have connected to Shiptheory. For example, you may have a Magento store connected to Shiptheory and sell on eBay and Amazon through your Magento store. In this scenario, you only need to pay for 1 Channel, as only your Magento store is connected to Shiptheory, even though Shiptheory will be able to ship eBay and Amazon orders that come through your Magento store.
